I didn’t want to choose between being present for my family and doing the work I love. So I created a new way. We Are Well Placed values flexibility, balance, and purpose. A way to bring my experience, creativity, and technical expertise to the table and still be home for dinner.
At its core, We Are Well Placed is about balance. After more than a decade working for Tier 1 architecture firms on complex, high-profile projects, life shifted. I became a mum, and suddenly the traditional studio model didn’t fit anymore.
I know firsthand the pressures of our industry: fast-paced projects, tight programs, shifting client expectations, and deadlines that move. I also know how important it is for projects to be designed, documented, and delivered well. That’s where We Are Well Placed to step in.
We Are Well Placed was created to make space for life outside the studio, and in doing so creates space for life outside your studio too.
